The past administration did not have a plan to combat the epidemic; we need to increase vaccine production, establish an effective distribution plan, setup a more effective vaccination plan. Until the United States implement effective pandemic controls the the social, political, and economic situation continues in chaos. It may take the first half of 2021 for us to see the dawning of normalcy.
