END OF COVID-19

A Vaccine Rollout

Today December 14, 2020 is a historic date. It is like the Japan surrendering day or the capitulation of Germany on World War II. The great damage done by COVID-19 so far reports 16,368,406 cases and  302,141 reported deaths. It is a figure greater than the 291,557 deaths in the entire WWII (1941-1945).
Of course this a day  is a reason for celebration:  It is a Science’s victory!
Today the first vaccine was given to a human in the State of New York; and the Vaccines arrived in Los Angeles California this same morning. Thank the Creator!
But the Vaccine along will not stop the pandemic. We, the people, must continue the efforts to end the COVID-19 spread, keeping the personal distance and wearing masks until the vaccination controls the the virus. Then, and only then, we will be on our own–new normal way of living–free at last, free from the pandemic, at least.
